Buying Guides From the Maker

Outdoor Living Guides

Our outdoor living guides exist for one reason: buying outdoor furniture online means making decisions without sitting in the chair first. Each guide is written by the team that makes and sells the furniture, using the real product dimensions, colors, warranty terms, and shipping policies you'll find on every product page. There's no filler here: if a guide can't answer a question with a real number or a written policy, it says so plainly.

Read the Guide

All three guides are live: Arizona, Texas, and the materials guide.

Why start with regions? Because the questions that decide a purchase change with the setting: a Phoenix pool deck, a shaded porch, and a small apartment balcony each put different pressure on seat widths, table heights, colors, and placement. A regional guide can walk through those decisions concretely — with the sun, the space, and the real product numbers in the same frame — instead of offering one-size-fits-nowhere advice.

How to Use These Guides

Each guide follows the same practical arc, and it works best in order. Start with the situation that matches yours — a region, a space, or a product question — and read the planning section first; it tells you what to look at on your own patio before you look at any product. Then use the comparison section to shortlist one or two pieces by their listed width, depth, and height, and check those numbers against a tape measure at home. When a piece fits on paper, its product page confirms the current price and color choices, and checkout takes it from there.

You won't find inspiration-board padding in these guides. Every dimension quoted matches the product page it links to, every policy quoted matches the published policy, and when a question depends on something we haven't verified, the guide says so instead of guessing.

The Details Behind Every Guide

The same three policies sit behind every recommendation in this library. Shipping is free nationwide on every order, with no minimum — the product price is the complete number. Returns run 30 days from the day you receive a piece; customer-arranged returns require return packaging and freight, refunds exclude the original shipping, and when the error is ours, we cover the return cost.

And every product carries the same written coverage: a 7-year structural warranty and a 5-year fading warranty. The Returns and Warranty page holds the full text, and the About page tells the story of the factory these pieces come from.
